Laurel Broten Celebrates Seniors' Month
Laurel Broten, MPP Etobicoke-Lakeshore, joined a group of seniors at Franklin Horner Community Centre on June 20th to mark the important Seniors' Month with a celebratory tea. They also enjoyed some sandwiches, cookies and a nice, big cake cut by Laurel herself. Laurel gave a speech to the seniors at the centre, reiterating the importance of the month, and took some time out with many of the seniors in attendance to speak with them individually and listen to any concerns that might have had.
