La Perlerie Holiday Extravaganza
La Perlerie held an all-day holiday open house on Saturday, December 5th to kick off the shopping season. To make the experience a memorable one for the customers, Karen Lamont of Citrus was on hand to stamp sterling silver pendants; well-known cartoonist Cathy Thorne, creator of Everyday People Cartoon, signed her book and mingled with guests; Catherine MacDonald, a medium and psychic, provided free readings; and some hot new jewellery pieces were on display and for sale, including stunning poppie necklaces by Susan Nagy Designs. All in all, La Perlerie was a great place to start crossing names off your holiday shopping list.
