Extreme Summer Fun
If you are looking for an outstanding children's camp that offers a wide variety of sports, innovative arts & crafts, special guests, water slides and good old fashioned summer fun, look no further than Westside Fun Day Camp. The camp is run by local resident Garry Kollins, who started the camp 5 years ago with just 10 kids, and this year saw close to 160 local kids over a three-week period having the time of their lives. The kids played soccer, basketball, t-ball, flag rugby, ultimate frisbee, European handball, soccer baseball and more. In the art room, campers tried their hand at clay art, print making, tie-dye, origami and candle making. And the water slides proved to be as popular as ever this year, leaving the kids tired and happy as they should be at the end of a wonderful summer's day.
