Fitness BOOT CAMP ... fit2dance style

SNAP joined Michelle Hillier from fit2dance inc. at her unique boot camp now running at WOW Women’s Fitness Inc. The boot camp has a real buzz in the community. Many of the participants that we spoke with say Michelle’s 5 week, twice per week program has definitely enhanced their regular fitness routine; each session is 45 minutes and is incredibly challenging and to work with an instructor who is as exhilarating, motivating and approachable as Michelle is, it becomes easy.
